Preparation

2. Prepare a bowl of hot (not boiling) water
3. Have a mirror ready so you can check the fit

First-Time Setup

1. Place the guard in hot water until it becomes soft and flexible
2. Remove it carefully and let it cool slightly
3. Place the guard in your mouth over your teeth
4. Bite down gently and press it against your teeth to shape it
5. Remove the guard and let it cool completely so it hardens

Sleeping With the Guard

• Place the molded guard over your teeth before going to sleep
• The guard should feel secure but not tight
• Mild pressure during the first nights is normal
• Regular use helps protect teeth from grinding damage

Cleaning and Maintenance

1. Rinse the guard with lukewarm water after each use
2. Clean regularly with mild soap and a soft toothbrush
3. Let the guard air dry completely before storage
4. Store the guard in the included hygiene box
5. Avoid hot water, as it can deform the material

Helpful Tips

• Give your mouth a few nights to adjust to wearing the guard
• If the fit is uncomfortable, the guard can be remolded
• Stop using the guard if you experience persistent pain or discomfort
