Yes. Dreamy Pillow consists of two layers: an inner cover that holds the memory foam in place, and a soft outer cover. The outer cover can be machine washed at 30 degrees.

Yes, you can easily sleep directly on Dreamy Pillow. That way you get the full cooling effect from the outermost cover.

Is Dreamy Pillow suitable for different sleeping positions?

Can you feel the filling through the cover?
