Så hvis man ønsker de skal dæmpe meget høj lyd kan man tage der sleep deep ørepropper. Søvngængeren Jeg er meget påvirket af lyde når jeg falder i søvn. Disse ørepropper er både behagelige at sove med samt lukker de næsten alle lyde ude. Jeg kan stadig høre min alarm og meget høje lyde.
