Nattelyst™ Mouth Tape

Mouth tape has been a game changer for my sleep. By keeping my mouth closed, I breathe through my nose all night, which gives me a deeper, calmer sleep. I wake up without a dry mouth and with much more energy in the morning. My snoring has also noticeably decreased, which both my partner and I really appreciate. A small, inexpensive habit with a big impact — I’d definitely recommend it.
