How to use nasal strips
Using nasal strips is simple and straightforward. First, make sure the bridge of your nose is reasonably clean.
Then take a nasal strip out of the pack. Remove the protective film from the back of the strip and apply it to your nose so it covers the nostrils. Gently press the strip to make sure it sticks to the skin.
It then immediately starts to pull your nostrils outward and open up your nasal passages. You can sleep with the strip on all night without any problems.

These strips are large and should probably be considered a size large, which is too big for most noses, so the strip doesn’t sit properly.
The plastic part that goes across the nose and is supposed to open the nostrils isn’t very strong, so the effect isn’t as good as with more well-known brands.
The tape/adhesive, on the other hand, is far too strong, and it can be difficult to remove the strip after a full night. I’m concerned that the skin on my nose could be damaged if I use these strips every night.
