How to use mouth tape
Mouth tape comes pre-cut into practical pieces that you easily place directly over your mouth before bedtime. Make sure the skin around your mouth is clean and dry, so the tape sticks as well as possible.
You can apply the tape horizontally for extra hold or vertically for more comfort, whichever way suits you best. When you wake up, remove the tape gently, as it’s designed to come off without irritating the skin.
If the tape feels too sticky, you can stick it on and off your pillowcase a few times to make the adhesive milder.
