This is how to mould the Grind Guard mouth guard
The Grind Guard mouth guard is softened in hot water, after which you make an impression of your teeth, ensuring the fit matches you precisely. See below:
- Place the mouth guard in a bowl of hot water (70-80°C) for approximately 15 seconds.
- Take it out and let it drip off for a few seconds.
- Place it in your mouth and bite down – press with your fingers to shape it.
- Place it in cold water for 30 seconds to set the shape.
