Melissa Dream is a dietary supplement containing a blend of lemon balm, chamomile and green tea, supplemented with B vitamins and magnesium. Lemon balm supports normal and restful sleep, while magnesium contributes to the normal function of the nervous system. The B vitamins thiamine, niacin and B6, along with magnesium, also help maintain normal psychological functions. The recommended daily dose is two tablets for adults and children over 11 years, taken with a glass of water about an hour before bedtime
