How to use Mouth Tape Extreme
Mouth Tape Extreme comes as pre-cut strips that are easily placed directly over your mouth before bedtime. Make sure the skin around your mouth is clean and dry so the tape gets the best grip.
Place the tape horizontally over your mouth. Press gently from the centre outwards to remove any air bubbles and ensure the tape sits evenly. When you wake up, remove the tape carefully. The strong adhesion is still gentle on the skin.
If you want a milder feeling the first time, you can lightly dab the tape against the back of your hand to reduce the adhesive strength slightly.
